R&D culture at SEDEMAC provides an opportunity to apply first principle physics & math reasoning on practical engineering problems. The research wing is given sufficient time and resources to attack audacious problem statements, which, many a times, are unsolved globally. I believe this audacity is rare for companies in general, and Indian companies in particular. The combination of good engineering infrastructure and a very sharp peer group, provides an excellent intellectual environment for us engineers to grow & apply our knowledge on globally relevant problems.

Anay graduated from IIT Bombay in 2013 with a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.

Kunjan graduated in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from BITS Pilani-Goa in 2013.

Neha completed her graduation in Electrical Engineering from St. Vincent Palloti College of Engineering & Technology, Nagpur in 2015.

Amey completed his B.E. Mechanical (Hons.) from BITS Pilani in 2015 and M. Tech Energy Systems from IIT Bombay in 2018.

SEDEMAC has always been inquisitive about new technologies and how to utilize the knowledge bank for the benefit of the customers. It challenges resources for innovating world class products and at the same time develop you as an individual.

Siddharth completed his master's degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from Symbiosis Institute of Technology in 2016.

What I like most about SEDEMAC is its commitment towards developing Innovative technologies, keeping end-user requirements and environment in mind. Aarti completed her bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation & Control from PDVVP College of Engineering Ahmednagar, affiliated to University of Pune in 2005.

Working on any new project at SEDEMAC is always a great learning experience. First principle thinking on any problem is encouraged here. I often get opportunity to work on proof-of-concept exercises, which are fun and challenging at the same time. People here are friendly and helpful which creates a positive work environment.
