Automatic Transfer Switch controllers (ATS)

AT1000 series controller is an automatic transfer switch controller with user friendly interface and controls. In auto mode, ATS controller monitors voltage and frequency of incoming AC supply from two different sources namely S1 (Mains) and S2 (Genset). In event of S1 failure, it issues a start command to S2 and transfers load on it. When S1 is available again, the controller restores the load back to S1.

In manual mode, the controller allows the operator to manually control the transfer of load using transfer keys available on front facia. Various timers available ensure the precise switching among sources by distinguishing between actual failure and momentary transients.

AT1000 series controller is provided with immediate phase reversal detection feature which allows user to configure the action

  • It is equipped with a USB port for communication with PC via configuration utility
  • Backlit and full graphics LCD with power saving feature provides prolonged battery life

  • Auto transfer switch controller with 8 digital inputs, 1 analog input (can also be used as digital input, if configured) and 10 digital outputs
  • Senses genset output voltage and frequency precisely for 1-ph/3-ph
  • Incremental counters for engine start, engine trips, engine run hours, kWh, kVAh, kVArh etc.
  • Monitors 1-ph/3-ph voltage, frequency, power factor and load current for genset
  • Monitors 1-ph/3-ph voltage, frequency and load current for mains
  • Measures mains kW, kVA, kVAr, kWh, kVAh, kVArh, etc.
  • Auto, Manual and Auto Exercise mode (16 events) for 1-ph/3-ph genset
  • Immediate phase reversal detection with configurable action
  • Backlit and full graphics LCD with power saving feature (Deep Sleep mode) provides prolonged battery life
  • Versatile software capable of saving "events" during operation (event log for 100 events with Real Time Clock (RTC) stamps and engine run hour information)
  • PC connectivity via USB port and RS485 via MODBUS
  • Communicates with PC via configuration utility (Smart Config) through a USB port
  • Access to each parameter through configuration utility (Smart Config) or control keys
