Automatic Transfer Switch controllers (ATS)

AT1000 series controller is an automatic transfer switch controller with user friendly interface and controls. In auto mode, ATS controller monitors voltage and frequency of incoming AC supply from two different sources namely S1 (Mains) and S2 (Genset). In event of S1 failure, it issues a start command to S2 and transfers load on it. When S1 is available again, the controller restores the load back to S1.

In manual mode, the controller allows the operator to manually control the transfer of load using transfer keys available on front facia. Various timers available ensure the precise switching among sources by distinguishing between actual failure and momentary transients.

AT1000 series controller is provided with immediate phase reversal detection feature which allows user to configure the action

  • Versatile software capable of saving "events" during operation (event log for 100 events with Real Time Clock (RTC) stamps and engine run hour information)

  • Communicates with PC via configuration utility (Smart Config) through a USB port
  • Access to each parameter through configuration utility (Smart Config) or control keys
